You can book on our website or by calling the Call Center (+39 0931 419002).

How much in advance can I book?
You can book all flights available in the online system; almost all low cost airlines sell their flights with an advance of at least 6 months before departure.

Which is the booking time limit before departure?
On our website or by telephone, bookings are accepted up to 4 hours before take-off. It is possible to book later only at the airport. Also in this case the possibility to check-in within and not later than 30 minutes before take-off shall be ascertained.
 
Is the price referring to a one-way or to two-way flights?
In order to allow a greater flexibility, the indicated rates refer to a one-way flight. Passengers who wish to book a two-way flight, can ask it directly in the moment in which they insert data for booking. In this case, the single rates will be indicated.
 
Do I receive a confirmation once the booking has been made?
Once the booking has been made, you will receive the confirmation with the relevant booking code via e-mail, sms or by telephone (for telephone bookings with our Call Center). Please write down your booking code, as you will need it at the check-in. To check-in you simply need an ID with your photograph and your booking code. For international flights a valid passport or identity card is needed.
 
I haven't received the booking confirmation via e-mail; what should I do?
Due to the intense website traffic you might receive the confirmation e-mail a little bit late. If you haven't received the booking confirmation, please contact our Call Center, open from Monday to Friday from 09h00 AM to 7h00 PM. The Call Center will send you the e-mail confirmation once again.
For any problem you can contact the "infomail" service which is active on Saturdays and Sundays. You simply need to send your request at info@azfly.it.
 
What happens if I have forgotten or lost my booking code?
If you have lost your booking code, please contact our Call Center (+39 0931 419002).
 
Why doesn't azfly issue tickets?
Azfly does not issue tickets because airlines available on our website are "ticket-free". We want to offer our customers the best services at the lowest cost. In order to meet this goal we have minimized costs. The issuance and sending of paper tickets is an expensive and useless procedure.
 
Can you inform me automatically about special offers in the future?
You simply need to subscribe to our newsletter; special offers will be periodically sent to you with an e-mail.
 
Which are the payment possibilities booking online?
All flights can be booked using Visa, MasterCard and Visa Electron. For the purchase of some flights it is also possible to pay using other credit cards.
 
Are my credit card data secure?
In order to grant the security of sent data, online payments are performed through the BANKPASS Web platform, the new secure payment system for e-commerce promoted by ABI (Associazione Bancaria Italiana - Italian Banking Association). At every purchase you will be automatically routed to the secure website of SI Servizi (PSP).
 
How can I find the best price?
In order to get a good price, the principle "book in advance" basically applies, as the LCC (Low Cost Carrier) price system is demand-oriented. Moreover, we suggest you not to miss the special offers for certain routes in particular periods, being published with the "newsletter" or other communication channels.
 
Is it more profitable to book a two-way flight?
Flight prices are calculated based on a one-way flight in order to constantly grant competitiveness. Nevertheless, some airlines offer particularly cheap rates if you book also a return flight at the same time.
